Human antibody 71-31 (IgG-l) was used as a positive control toidentify HIV-infected cells. F(ab8) fragment specific for human IgG/IgM (H&L)biotin-labeled was used as the secondary reagent, and streptavidin-FITC was usedas the tertiary reagent. X axis represents the intensity of fluorescence and Y axis thenumber of events.
