The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-HSF1 (pSer303 / pSer307) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for the phosphorylated HSF1 (Ser303 / Ser307) of human. Phosphorylation of Heat Shock Factor 1 (HSF1) at serine residues 303 and 307 serves as a critical regulatory mechanism that modulates HSF1's function and localization. This modification primarily facilitates HSF1's interaction with the 14-3-3 protein, leading to its transcriptional repression and sequestration in the cytoplasm. The anti-HSF1 (pSer303 / pSer307) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100).
