The Rabbit Anti-IGF2BP2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat IGF2BP2. IGF2BP2 regulates IGF2 mRNA translation, impacting metabolism and linked to diabetes susceptibility, with alternative splicing providing multiple isoforms affecting expression. The anti-IGF2BP2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
