- Expressed purified Fab fragments of this antibody were analyzed by ELISA, Western Blot and Dot Blot. This antibody was verified in noncompetitive ELISAs with the conjugates of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and p-amino-D- or -L-phenylalanine prepared by diazotization. Competitive ELISAs were performed utilizing the BSA-conjugate of p-amino-L-phenylalanine as coating and the pure enantiomers of various α-amino acids as inhibitors.
