The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-LHX3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat LHX3. LHX3, a LIM domain protein, vital for pituitary development and motor neuron specification, with mutations causing combined pituitary hormone deficiency. It shows multiple transcript variants encoding diverse isoforms. The anti-LHX3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
