It is a recombinant rabbit antibody specific for MALT1 (MALT1 paracaspase), which involves in the induction of T helper 17 cells (Th17) differentiation. It specifically reacts with human MALT1. This product has been reported for use in Western Blot, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.

    Mediates BCL10 cleavage: MALT1-dependent BCL10 cleavage plays an important role in T-cell antigen receptor-induced integrin adhesion.
