The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-RAD17 (pSer656) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for the phosphorylated RAD17 (Ser656) of human. The phosphorylation of RAD17 at Ser-646 and Ser-656 is regulated by the cell cycle, increases in response to genotoxic stress, and is essential for activating checkpoint signaling. The anti-RAD17 (pSer656) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
