This is a mouse anti-thymocyte antigen mAb which has the ability to bind to turkey PBMC. The mAb CT-1 specifically binds to Common thymocyte antigen of thymocytes.

Cytofluorographs of chicken lymphocytes surface-stained with CT-1 culture supernatant followed by FITC-goat anti-mouse Ig. An unrelated y1 mAb was used as negative control.
