Human Anti-α-tubulin Recombinant Antibody (clone F2C)

The recombinant antibodies can be selected in vitro by phage display against Microtubule-Binding Proteins(MBPs) purified from HeLa cells. This technique has allowed us to overcome many limitations of the classical animal-based approach and generate cell biology-compliant antibodies. The F2C clone is specific for α-tubulin.

HeLa cells were electroporated in the presence of the anti-Tubulin scFv-Fc antibody F2C or the anti-Myosin scFv-Fc antibody SF9. As a control, HeLa cells had been incubated with anti-Tubulin (1.1 mg/mL) or anti-Myosin. Cells were analyzed 24 h after electroporation or incubation, respectively.
