The AbPlus Anti-TUFM Magnetic Beads (VS-0724-YC795) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-TUFM specific antibody. The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of TUFM protein under native and denaturing conditions.

Mutations in this gene have been associated with combined oxidative phosphorylation deficiency resulting in lactic acidosis and fatal encephalopathy.
