Human TCR (F25) recognizes gag-pol peptide (Gag293 epitope) in the context of HLA-DR11. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (F25). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
