This product is a recombinant scFv-Fc fusion antibody designed to target the OmpD protein of Salmonella Typhimurium. It is derived from clone TM43-E10, which was isolated by phage display using the OmpD protein as the antigen. The antibody is transiently expressed in Nicotiana benthamiana using a deconstructed movement-deficient PVX vector and purified from leaf extracts. It exhibits high specificity and reactivity to the OmpD protein.
