Mouse TCR (BM3.3) recognizes Peptide SQY peptide (SQYDYNSL) in the context of H2-Kb Y22F, M23I, E24S, D30N mutant. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references.
