Mouse TCR (5B6) recognizes PLP peptide (HCLGKWLGHPDKF + ACET(2C)) in the context of H2-IAˢ. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (5B6). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
