Mouse TCR recognizes PLXNA4 peptide (FVDDLFETIF) in the context of HLA-DPA1*01:03/DPB1*02:01. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
