The scFv-Fc antibody specifically recognizes β- (1,6)-branched β- (1,3)-D-glucans with a triple helical structure, such as schizophyllan and scleroglucan. The antibody was isolated from a phage display library generated from mice immunized with SCH-PK. They exhibit high affinity for their target and are suitable for various analytical applications.
