- ELISA: 250 ng/well of 42D6 IgG was coated on ELISA plates.
Bio-layer interferometry (BLI): HmAbs 42D6 bound to p19 with the strong affinity. The KD of 42D6 for p19 is 4.24 nM.
Neutralization assay: 42D6 inhibited Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 growth by>90% at 1.0 mg/mL.
