Nonspecific Cytotoxic Cell

Nonspecific cytotoxic cell (NCC) is known as the fifth kind of cytotoxic cell, which has similar functions to mammalian natural killer cells. NCC in spot fork tail (Ictalurus punctatus), Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and other fish plays an important role in the cytotoxic effect mechanism in the congenital immune response, especially the NCC in the blood, lymphatic group knits and mucous membrane in the early days of the body plays an important role in the anti-tumor and immune surveillance by cells and cell contact, nonspecific to kill the target cells, including the same sources and heterogeneous heterogenous tumor cells, and virus infected cells and parasitic protozoa.
