Recombinant anti-HIV-1 Vpr intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells and is directed against HIV-1 Vpr, expressed in CHO cells. It is able and is directed against the HIV-1 regulatory Vpr protein in the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells, leading to its delocalization from the nucleus to the cytoplasm.
