Recombinant Human Anti-IAV HA Antibody (FLD194) (CAT#: PABL-215)

Recombinant Human Antibody (FLD194) is capable of binding to IAV HA, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-IAV HA mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-IAV HA mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This antibody could block virus infection in vitro and in vivo.

Mice received 2.5 or 25 mg/kg FLD194 or an irrelevant antibody as control, intraperitoneally 24 h before infection with 10 MLD50 of either A/Vietnam/1203/2004 (H5N1) (A and C) or A/Indonesia/5/2005 (H5N1) (B and D). Survival (A and B) and body weight (C and D) were recorded daily. The distribution of virus in different tissues following infection with 105 TCID50 (tissue culture infectious dose) of either A/Vietnam/1203/2004 (H5N1) or A/Indonesia/ 5/2005 (H5N1) is shown in E and F. Dotted lines indicate the limit of virus detection.
