Anti-Id Antibody-Cytokine Fusion Protein, IgG-IL2 (CAT#: ACFP-SH154)
This antibody-cytokine fusion protein was achieved by conjugating/fusing the Anti-Id IgG to IL2. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. This antibody-cytokine fusion protein retains antigen-binding and cytokine activity and was able to target ID subcutaneous tumors in miceas well as the biological activity of IL2. Importantly, anti-Id IgG3-(IL-2) showed enhanced antitumor activity compared with the combination of antibody and IL-2 administered together. This immunocytokine was designed for treating B cell lymphoma.
