Anti-Integrin αIIbβ3 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The integrin αIIbβ3 specific antibodies are used for treatment to prevent thrombosis in conditions selected from the group consisting of pulmonary embolism, transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), deep vein thrombosis, coronary bypass surgery, and surgery to insert a prosthetic valve or vessel in autologous, non-autologous, or synthetic vessel graft. A further embodiment contemplates using the antibody that specifically immunoreacts with integrin αIIBβ3 as a medicament for treatment to prevent thrombosis.
