A*02:01/Human SFRS2B (SMTR(S)PPRV) MHC Pentamer (CAT#: MHC-YF713)
MHC pentamers have a high avidity for CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. This product is a MHC pentamer of peptide/MHC complex composed SFRS2B-derived peptide of SMTR(S)PPRV sequence covering 241-249 and A*02:01 molecule. The peptide/MHC pentamer provided here is unlabelled or fluorescent labelled, such as Biotin, R-PE, APC. All products are available in 50, 150 and 500 tests.

- This gene encodes a member of a family of proteins containing a ribonucleoprotein (RNP)-type RNA binding motif and a carboxyl-terminal arginine-serine-rich (RS) domain. The encoded protein functions as a pre-mRNA splicing factor. There is a pseudogene for this gene on chromosome 7. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
