This antibody is a mouse agonistic antibody binding with CD3E (CD3 epsilon subunit of T-cell receptor complex), which plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways. The antibody specifically reacts with human CD3E. It has been detected using Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry and Agonistic assays.
