Anti-Human CD3 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-019) (CAT#: TAB-019)
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to Human CD3. It is an immunosuppressant drug given to reduce acute rejection in patients with organ transplants. It is a monoclonal antibody targeted at the CD3 receptor, a membrane protein on the surface of T cells. It was the first monoclonal antibody to be approved for clinical use in humans.

Dot Blot analysis of TAB-019 was performed by coating with human CD3 protein (His tag).
TAB-019 incubation concentration: 2 μg/mL.
HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as a secondary antibody (1: 2000)

Western blot analysis of TAB-019 was performed with human CD3 protein onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-019 and HRP goat anti-mouse IgG was used as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.
