DrugMonitor™ Anti-Otelixizumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC866)Otelixizumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets and binds to CD3. It was developed to treat type 1 diabetes, psoriasis, and other autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Otelixizumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC866) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Otelixizumab. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Otelixizumab. The anti-Otelixizumab antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Otelixizumab in samples.
