Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression

The Standard for CD3 Activation

Clone 2C11 is the classic antibody for T cell activation, and this recombinant version is top-notch. We used it for Functional Studies (FuncS) to stimulate mouse T cells. It induced strong proliferation. Being recombinant, lot-to-lot variability is virtually non-existent, which is critical for our experiments.

Great for Flow Cytometry

We also used this antibody for Immunofluorescence and flow cytometry to stain mouse CD3epsilon. The staining was bright and specific. It is preservative-free, so we aliquot it immediately upon receipt. It is a reliable reagent for anyone working with murine T cell immunology.
