Provided is a Clec4F sdAb. The Clec4F nano antibody can be applied to development of Clec4F molecular detecting agent and serve as antagonist interrupting association of Clec4F protein molecules and N-acetylgalactosamine molecules to further inhibit the killing effects of NKT (natural killer T) cells.
