This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes DNA-RNA hybrid. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used in ChIP, DB, EMSA, FISH, ICC, IP, IF.

DNA-RNA hybrids of six different lengths were tested via SPR to determine the minimum size of the epitope that S9.6 would bind. The S9.6 scFv displayed similar affinities to hybrids having 8, 10, 15 and 23 base pairs, with affinities averaging 0.5 nM.
