Recombinant human antibody to gp120. This antibody DH276 was isolated from colostrum and recognized gp120. It was able to neutralize 4 tier-1 viral strains, but not tier 2. It inhibited EC-virus interaction, inhibited DC virus transfer, had ADCC activity.
