The binding kinetics for BaL-gp120 or D368R with mAb captured on Protein A-coated chips are shown. Datasets with significant dose response were globally fit to a 1:1 binding model to obtain the kinetic parameters of the binding. All mAbs tested bound strongly to gp120 monomer but exhibited weak binding to D368R.
