This product is a Humanized Fab antibody fragment that recognizes Human IGHE. It produces crosslinking of membrane-bound IgE antigen receptors on B cells, which induces IgE+ B cell apoptosis, thereby reducing free IgE levels and inhibiting the generation of IgE+ B cells
