Human Anti-IL12RB1 Recombinant Antibody (clone FAb4) (CAT#: VS-0724-YC2)
Antibody clone Fab4 is a class of antagonistic antibody against IL-12Rβ1 at an interface that does not overlap with the cytokine binding site. Fab4 binds IL-12Rβ1 at the interface of D3 and D4, which is indeed not part of a cytokine- or receptor-receptor interface.
