Recombinant Anti-LGALS3BP Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC205)

The anti-LGALS3BP eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human LGALS3BP. LGALS3BP, linked to immune responses, is elevated in cancer and HIV conditions. The antibody has a novel LGALS3BP-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble LGALS3BP from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
