The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-NBN (pSer343) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for the phosphorylated NBN (Ser343) of human and mouse. The phosphorylation of NBN (NBS1) at Ser343 is a vital step in the cellular response to DNA damage, particularly in the case of double-strand breaks. This modification facilitates the recruitment of NBN to the sites of DNA damage and the activation of the DNA damage response (DDR). The anti-NBN (pSer343) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
