A120a is a chimeric antibody that contains the heavy chain variable region from A110 and the light chain variable region from A120. The monoclonal antibody binds to lipoteichoic acid (LTA) of Gram positive bacteria. The antibody also bind to whole bacteria and enhance phagocytosis and killing of the bacteria in vitro.
