Recombinant Human Anti-SFTSV GN Antibody (MAb4-5) (CAT#: PABC-478)
This product is a recombinant Human antibody that can recognize SFTSV GN. MAb 4-5 is a human-origin, neutralizing monoclonal antibody targeting Gn, showing cross-neutralizing activity to a wide range of SFTSV isolates in China. The MAb 4–5 can recognize the denatured SFTSV Gn head but not the RVFV Gn head by Western blot.

Bound antibodies were detected by using FITC-conjugated anti-human antibody with PBS dilution buffer (pH 7.4) containing 0.01% (wt/vol) Evens blue counterstain.
