BS-C-1 cells were infected with iA6-GFP at an MOI of 5 PFU/cell in the presence (+) or absence (-) of 100 M IPTG. After 8 h, the cells were lysed, and the proteins were resolved by SDS-PAGE and analyzed by Western blotting with antibody against A14.

BHK cells were infected with iA6-GUS at an MOI of 0.5 PFU/cell in the presence 100 M IPTG. After 8 h, the infected cells were processed for immunofluorescence microscopy. The cells were stained with a primary antibdy against a viral protein (anti-A14 [FE11; IgG2b]) and secondary antibodies against specific mouse IgG isotypes (goat anti-mouse IgG1, IgG2a, or IgG2b coupled to Alexa Fluor 488 or Alexa Fluor 594) and DAPI.
