Human TCR recognizes C32 Phosphomycoketide peptide (C32 phosphomycoketide) in the context of human CD1c. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer.
