Mouse Anti-ENPP1 scFv-Fc Chimera (VS-0625-FY10)
CAT#: VS-0625-FY10
Anti-ENPP1 scFv-FC is a recombinant fusion protein designed to specifically target Ectonucleotide Pyrophosphatase/Phosphodiesterase 1 (ENPP1). ENPP1 is a transmembrane enzyme involved in regulating extracellular pyrophosphate levels, which are critical for bone mineralization and, notably, also implicated as an innate immune checkpoint in the cGAMP-STING pathway, especially in cancer. This product features a high-affinity single-chain variable fragment (scFv) that binds to ENPP1, fused to the Fc domain of a human immunoglobulin (e.g., IgG1). This design not only confers high specificity and stability but also enhances the protein's half-life and potentially allows for effector functions. Anti-ENPP1 scFv-FC is a valuable tool for research into bone disorders, metabolic diseases (like insulin resistance), and particularly for exploring novel immunotherapeutic strategies in cancer, aiming to modulate the STING pathway by blocking ENPP1 activity.

- Function
- Nucleotide pyrophosphatase that generates diphosphate (PPi) and functions in bone mineralization and soft tissue calcification by regulating pyrophosphate levels (By similarity).
PPi inhibits bone mineralization and soft tissue calcification by binding to nascent hydroxyapatite crystals, thereby preventing further growth of these crystals.
