Recombinant Rabbit Anti-LIF Detection Antibody (clone R05-2T4)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human LIF. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human LIF protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. R05-1S2 and R05-2T4 were identified as antibody pair for sandwich ELISA. As a detection antibody, the clone R05-2T4 can be used in ELISA analysis to identify human LIF.

- LIF has the capacity to induce terminal differentiation in leukemic cells. Its activities include the induction of hematopoietic differentiation in normal and myeloid leukemia cells, the induction of neuronal cell differentiation, and the stimulation of acute-phase protein synthesis in hepatocytes.
