Recombinant Anti-human ABL Intrabody [+36 GFP] (CAT#: IAB-B048(G))
Recombinant anti-ABL intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells to bind human ABL, expressed in CHO cells. Inhibition of the BCR/ABL protein tyrosine kinase activity by the intrabody blocked BCR/ABL signal transduction pathway,reversed the effect of BCR/ABL on cell growth and apoptosis.
