Anti-CD3E ADCC Enhanced Antibody (NI-0401) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. NI-0401 is a monoclonal antibody (mAb) intended to alter auto-aggressive T-cell responses by targeting the T-cell receptor complex. A Phase I and Phase IIa clinical trial in Crohn's disease, and a Phase I / II open-label study in renal allograft transplantation have been completed.

We are investigating T-cell depletion mechanisms and used this ADCC enhanced anti-CD3E antibody (NI-0401). Produced via the Afuco™ platform, it demonstrated superior ADCC activity compared to standard antibodies in our assays. It effectively targets the T-cell receptor complex.

High Quality Afucosylated Antibody

The quality of this recombinant human antibody is exceptional (>95% purity). The modification to remove fucose clearly enhances its effector function. We found it to be stable at -20°C and very consistent between experiments, which is crucial for our comparative ADCC studies.
