Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human HLA-DR βchain. 1D09C3 is a human monoclonal IgG4-type antibody against human leukocyte antigen-DR (HLA-DR) which has demonstrated pro-apoptotic activity against lymphoid tumors in vitro and in vivo. 1D09C3 could be administered safely in patients with advanced B cell malignancies.

Figure 2 ROS scavenging inhibits 1D09C3-induced mitochondrial membrane depolarization and cell apoptosis.
GRANTA-519 cells were plated at 1 x 10⁶/mL and treated without or with the ROS scavenger Tiron. After 1 hour, the appropriate samples were stimulated with 1D09C3. The generation of ROS was measured using dihydroethidium staining.
