Recombinant Anti-EGFRvIII × Anti-CD133 Bispecific Antibody (Tandem Diabody) (CAT#: TAND-L002)
Recombinant Anti-EGFRvIII× Anti-CD133 Bispecific Antibody (Tandem Diabody) has been generated by applying the Crossmab format to generate an IgGshaped entity that binds each ligand with one arm. This BsAb is capable of redirecting lysis of B lymphoma cells by preactivated PBMC from healthy donors. It was designed for the treatment of hodgkin's Lymphoma.
