Fc fragment scaffold protein anti-Human Her2 (CAT#: SFR-L260)
The Fc fragment that bound ERBB2 was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Fc fragment variants were identified having affinities for ERBB2 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
