Ubiquitin scaffold protein anti-TNFα (CAT#: SUB-L209)
The ubiquitin that bound TNFα was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, ubiquitin variants were identified having affinities (KD=1 μM) for TNFα as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
