Human Anti-ABCB4 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0824-YJ43)

CMA205 is a human IgG recognizing human ABCB4. It binds to the elbow helix of TMD2 (preceding TM7) as well as the linker between TM12 and the second nucleotide binding domain (NBD2). CMA206 is a human IgG recognizing human ABCB4. It binds to TM11 and NBD1.
