This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes human anti-HMFG antibody. Mab 11d10 works as an anti-idiotype vaccine and triggers the immune system to recognize and attack targeted cancer cells. Mab 11D10 induces an immunological response to HMFG in mice, rabbits, monkeys and patients with advanced HMFG-associated tumors. It can be used in the treatment of Small Cell Lung Cancer, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Breast Cancer, Colorectal Cancer.

Binding of ¹²⁵I-labeled 11D10 ( - 25, 000 cpm) to various mouse monoclonal proteins and anti-HMFG (breast TAA) antibodies was determined using a direct RIA.The isotypes of the monoclonal proteins are BrE-1 (lgG2b, IC), 1E3 (IgG 1 , IC), 4DC6 (lgG 1, X), BrE-3 (IgG 1 , IC) Hy-Clone IgG2b, lC; Hy-Clone IgG3, 1C; Hy-Clone IgA, IC; and MOPC l04E (lgM, X), RWP1-1 (lgG2b, IC). The results are presented as mean cpm (n = 3). The S.D. of the data was less than 10% for each assay.
