The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-AP2M1 (pThr156) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for the phosphorylated AP2M1 (Thr156) of human. Phosphorylation of AP2M1 at threonine 156 (Thr156) by adaptor-associated kinase 1 (AAK1) enhances its affinity for binding to cargo protein signals. The anti-AP2M1 (pThr156) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000).
